This agreement contains the entire understanding between Jessica Johnson Photography and the client. 

Payments & Pricing: All package cost are as stated at the time of booking and will remain once booking is confirmed. The full contract amount is due 24 hours prior to the session, unless other arrangements have been made between Jessica Johnson Photography and the client. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits ensure your date. Jessica Johnson Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon once the deposit is secured.

Weather: Due to the time specific nature of this service, clients may not reschedule at anytime. The deposit will not carry over to another date. If torrential weather occurs and the photographer determines the shoot is not possible, it will be rescheduled for another day and the deposit will carry over. 

Photo Request: Jessica Johnson Photography will honor requested photos, but will not re-create specific photographs created by other photographers or anything seen on Pintrest.

Copyright Reproductions: Jessica Johnson Photography owns the copyright to ALL images created during the session and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions whether for print, advertisement, or portfolio use.

Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event Jessica Johnson Photography is unable to fullfill the session due to personal illness or family emergency, I will either send a competant professional to take my place, reschedule the session per client agreement, or cancel and refund the deposit.

Print Purchases: Jessica Johnson Photography uses a professional lab for all print purchases. I know there are many options available for printing your images. Jessica Johnson Photography is NOT liable for outside production, discoloration, fading or overall poor quality of the image. No refunds are issued when an outside lab is used for your print purchases.
